Format: The program is divided into two sessions. All personnel are encouraged to attend both sessions.

First Session: Executive Session with primary audience being parish presidents, mayors, tribal counsel officials, sheriffs, police chiefs, district attorneys, CEOs and CFOs.

Second Session: Senior Management Session with primary audience being EOC Directors and senior staff, department heads and attorneys.
