Through the Department of Homeland
Security, the Governor's Office of Homeland Security and Emergency
Preparedness provides annual Homeland Security grants to Parish
Emergency Preparedness offices. Funding priorities are established
by the Department of Homeland Security for these grant funds in
order to fulfill the Department of Homeland Security’s mission in
Louisiana.
