Avoid Traveling on I-20 East and Westbound

DOTD is strongly urging motorists to avoid traveling on I-20 westbound from Ruston to Monroe and I-20 eastbound from Arcadia to Minden as hazardous winter weather conditions continue to cause severe congestion and slow-moving traffic.
